All the products cooked by chef Sébastien Martinez and his team are fresh , seasonal products, rigorously selected from local suppliers to give pride of place to short circuits and Brittany of course! The menus change with the seasons.
For lunch or dinner, we recommend that you make a reservation. Several rooms are at your disposal.
